By properly inserting your Q-Club card at any slot machine or providing your card at any table game.
Most slot machines earn at a rate of 1 point for every $1 of coin-in. Table game earn rate is based on
average bet and length of play.

Free Play may be downloaded directly at any slot machine with the use of your card and PIN. Full
instructions are available at the Q-Club.
For every 600 points earned or awarded, you may exchange directly at any slot machine for $1 of Free Play.

Points can be redeemed at the same ratio for Free Play of 600 to $1 for any property outlet for food,
retail, hotel, or spa services.
Depending upon the type of promotion the rules for eligibility will vary. That said, they will all require use

something happening every day.
Direct access to player comps is available once you achieve Elk tier or higher. As with earning Points, it
is directly based on your play and may also be redeemed for any property outlet use. It can not be
exchanged for Free Play.
Please proceed to any promotional kiosk, swipe your card and enter your PIN. Review your personal
information to see any Point, Free Play and Comp balances. You may also view Points earned for the
day, and how many Tier Points to achieve next card level.

Check in time starts at 4pm, if room availability allows, we are happy to check you in earlier if your room is ready.
Check out is at 11am, unless there is a specific room package that includes a late check-out, subject to availability.

This includes all hotel rooms. There are designated smoking areas
outside of the resort & casino.
