How It Works
Membership in the Q-Club is free, but is limited to guests 21+ years old with a valid ID. Patrons who are banned or self exclude from gaming activities will no longer be eligible for Tier Rewards. Initial sign-up will provide the guest with an "intro card" - must earn at least Salmon to receive membership benefits. Will not downgrade below Salmon, so long as continue to show play activity on account.
- Earning periods for Tier Status determination will be April 1 - September 30 and October 1 - March 31.
- Tier Points are earned at the same base rate as Points (Most Slots: $1 Coin In = 1 Point, Tables: Varies based on time and avg bet).
- Once achieve threshold, new tier card status is awarded immediately and valid through the next period. Veterans will be upgraded to Raven status, though must earn the required total tier points to be upgraded to higher status.
- Q-Club Points, Comps and Free Play are subject to expiration after 13 months of account inactivity. Some Promotional Awards may have expiration dates sooner than this.
- Quinault Beach Resort and Casino reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions and benefits at any time without notice.
- Restrictions may apply to any of the stated benefits. Management reserves all rights. Membership may be canceled for cause.
The Q-Club Status Benefits
The Q-Club offers five card status levels, Salmon, Raven, Elk, Bear and Elite. Each card status has its own benefits. The higher the card status, the more benefits you receive. Your card status is determined by the number of status points you accumulate in a qualifying period.
